Smart trousers
I bought these for my disabled hubby as he struggles keeping his trousers up without a belt or bracers. These are ideal and saves his struggles. Nice to get correct length

At last comfortable trousers that fit perfectly
Being blessed with a colostomy bag finding trousers that are comfortable is a challenge. I tried 40/27 in some makes but found the waist a tad tight and 42/27 the trousers were huge, too long in the leg and baggy. These feel like a good quality item and fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

Good casual trousers
Pleased with product.
The only thing to make them better in my opinion is that there should be a gripper band on the inside of the waist band to prevent slipping down as you dont want draw string too tight.
