FREE returns to store
You can now enjoy FREE returns to the majority of stores nationwide, even if you placed your order online or over the phone...and with stores across the country, we’re never far away! Simply bring the item with you unworn in its original packaging, along with your receipt or the dispatch note that was included in your parcel. Pre-paid returns
You can return items using one of our easy and trackable services: Evri £2.95 and Royal Mail £3.35. To make returns easier, use one of the returns labels from your delivery note and we will deduct the amount from your refund to cover your chosen returns service.

Evri

Evri ParcelShops are open early in the morning and late at night, with convenient parking, at thousands of locations nationwide.

  1. 1. Select a reason for return from the codes on the front of the delivery note for the products you’re returning.
  2. 2. Please attach your Evri return label (which can be found on the front of your delivery note) over your address on the parcel.
  3. 3. Enclose your delivery note in the parcel with your returned item(s).
  4. 4. Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop.
  5. 5. To find your local Evri ParcelShop please visit Evri ParcelShop Finder.

Parcels smaller than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm that weigh less than 20kg can be returned via Royal Mail. Remember to ask for proof of postage. Track your return at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

  2. 2. Please attach your Royal Mail returns label (which can be found on the front of your delivery note) over your address on the parcel.
  3. 3. Enclose your delivery note in the parcel with your returned item(s).

Select a reason for return from the codes on your delivery note; enter the code in the box next to the item you are returning and enclose your delivery note in your parcel with your returned item(s) to:

You will need to pay the return postage and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014


When you buy products online, you have cancellation rights detailed below. If you reside within the EU, you are entitled to these rights under the EU directive on Consumer Rights 83/2011. If you reside in a non EU country, we offer the same rights to you.

You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, providing that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that have been personalised / altered. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and e-mail address.

You can cancel by e-mail (customerservice@cottontraders.com) or call our Customer Care Team on 01612864321, or write to Customer Support Team, Neptune House, Pacific Court, Pacific Road, Altrincham, WA14 5BJ.

If you decide to cancel, you should return your order to us at your own cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction, postal orders will be refunded by cheque) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Only standard delivery charges for your order will be refunded (if applicable). If you choose a type of delivery other than our standard we will only refund you the cost of standard delivery (if any).

If you change your mind, your order will be reimbursed including any standard delivery charges providing the entire order is returned with tags and in the original packaging (where possible) including any promotional gifts that formed part of the original order.

This cancellation policy complies with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit.
