Where can I buy and redeem a Cotton Traders gift card?
UK customers can purchase our eGift cards online here or you can purchase physical gift cards from our stores. Click here to find your nearest store. eGift and physical gift cards can be redeemed online or at any Cotton Traders Stores (excluding Bromsgrove, Charlbury, Chilton, Crawley, Diss, Enfield, Hitchin, Lytham St Annes, Mirfield, Norwich and Saint Asaph stores)
What does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
An eGift Card is an electronic Cotton Traders Gift Card sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email displays a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalised message), its value and card details. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.
How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift Cards I sent them?
You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift Cards have been viewed. If the eGift Cards go un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase, and we can let you know if the recipient has viewed their eGift Cards.
When does the Cotton Traders eGift Card expire?
Cotton Traders eGift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of activation.

CashStar is a platform used for the distribution of Cotton Traders Gift Cards. The platform is wholly owned by Blackhawk Network (Europe) Limited, acting as sales agent of Cotton Traders, that allows consumers to securely order and send Cotton Traders Gift Cards over the internet.

Your gift card can be used to purchase both full-price and sale items and delivery charges, and it may be used alongside any other current promotion. Gift cards can be redeemed in-store and online. Standard delivery restrictions apply — please see our Delivery Information page for details. You must be aged 16 or over to use this card.
Please treat your gift card like cash. We cannot replace or refund it if it is lost, stolen or damaged. The card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. Each time you make a purchase, your remaining balance will be updated on our secure system. To check your balance, visit any Cotton Traders store or go to show my balance.
If your card is not used for 24 consecutive months, any remaining balance will be removed. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift card use at any time, without prior notice, where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory or operational requirements.
