Cosy coat
I ordered two coats to try. The returns process was straightforward and I’ve already had the email to say my refund is on its way - great communication! Meanwhile, I love the coat I have chosen to keep. It’s so cosy but so lightweight. The zip pockets are a great feature too.

Perfect
I always wear layers under my coat so I normally go for one size up. My usual size is 14 but I didn’t need to go for one size up for this coat . It’s lovely warm and waterproof even with layers I don’t feel tight . Very light and warm

Love this coat
This coat has a zip inside and poppers outside really keeping the cold out.It is nicely padded not too heavy.Zips on the pockets add the finishing touch along with the nice shade of green colour.
