best dog walking coat
This is simply the best coat for all weathers and situations. A back up for one I purchased several years ago, can't believe is still going strong and in almost everyday use. Not to heavy and copes with the foulest weather when walking the dogs

Very good quality coat
I had been looking for a good quality rain coat for some time but struggled to find one that would fit and that would also live up to its ‘waterproof’ claims. A friend suggested Cottontraders, and I fell in love with this lovely navy raincoat. I did have a bit of a panic when I saw how many sizes were sold out (must be popular, I thought!) but managed to get the last one available in a size 24.
So pleased with it when it arrived! It’s a good quality coat without being too heavy, and has ventilation under the armpits. I love the contrasting lining and the generous hood. Two large pockets on the outside with popper fastening and one on the inside that could accommodate a mobile phone.
I’m a curvy lady (normally a 22 - 24, and 5ft 6 ins ) and I’m glad I chose the larger size as it gives me room to wear a sweater underneath… (perfect coat for a future cruise to Norway😄)
I have worn it in the rain and I can confirm that it is definitely waterproof - the material darkens slightly but the water does bead off.
I’m really happy with my first purchase from Cotton Traders and will be shopping with them again.

A metal zip yippee
Sick to death of the thin plastic zips you get nowadays & kept my fingers x it didn’t disappoint. Not the colour I would have ordered but only one left in size but I’m getting compliments that it suits me.
