Returns information
We hope you will be happy with your order, however should you need to return an item, we will promptly refund or exchange any unworn item(s), returned in a saleable condition, within 28 days of receipt of your original order. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights.
Pre-paid returns
You can now return items using one of our easy and trackable services. To make returns easier, use one of the returns labels from your delivery note and £2.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage.


Hermes Parcelshops are open early in the morning and late at night, with convenient parking, at 5000 locations nationwide.
- 1. Select a reason for return from the codes on the front of the delivery note for the products you’re returning.
- 2. Peel off the Hermes label on the front of your delivery note and place it over your address on the parcel.
- 3. Enclose your delivery note in the parcel with your returned item(s).
- 4. Take your parcel to your local Hermes ParcelShop.

Parcels smaller than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm that weigh less than 20kg can be returned via Royal Mail. Remember to ask for proof of postage. Track your return at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

- 2. Peel off the Royal Mail label on the front of your delivery note and place it over your address on the parcel.
- 3. Enclose your delivery note in the parcel with your returned item(s).
- 4. Take your parcel to your local Post Office.

Select a reason for return from the codes on your delivery note; enter the code in the box next to the item you are returning and enclose your delivery note in your parcel with your returned item(s) to:

You will need to pay the return postage and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
