This coat was for my wife. She likes the coat in terms of quality and fit. However my wife as not worn it in rain yet so cannot comet on it's effectiveness.

very comfortable
It was true to size, the colour had been described accurately and it was warm to wear. I have only worn it once in showers so I am unable to comment on its weatherproof properties in very heavy rain. I am a size 14 but purchased a 16 so that I could wear a sweater in the very cold weather but so far that has not been necessary as the top half of the coat has a warm lining.
