Step 2

Complete the information required on the form. Your order number can be found on your Cotton Traders online account or in your email confirmation. You can also find this on your dispatch note inside your parcel. Orders placed via our website will start with a “C” and orders placed via our Contact Centre (telephone) will start “02”. The email address must match the email address used to place your order. Click Continue
Step 3

Select the item(s) you wish to return and select a reason for return for each. Please note you need to complete this information before you can progress with the return. Once relevant item(s) have been selected and reasons given please press Continue.
Step 4

Select from the options to either print your returns label at home or at your local drop off point. Once selected a list of nearby drop off points will appear where you have the option to see these as a list or in a map so you can find the most convenient location for you. If the list and/or map doesn’t appear, make sure your Postcode is correct in the ‘Search Postcode’ box.

Once you have selected your drop off point, click Continue
Step 5

All done! Your return has been placed and instructions on what happens next will appear on your screen. You will be sent an email containing your label if requested (please check your spam/junk folder if not received).

Your email will also include instructions for preparing your package. Once the parcel has been checked by our team and processed, you will be sent a confirmation email.

To track the progress of your return, simply enter your order number and email address in the returns portal and you will be provided with the most up to date information.
