Bought for my husband and the red check goes well with his cotton traders shorts. This is a well made shirt and the quality of the cotton is good. It is a thicker cotton than expected and it would be too thick for summer wear. It hasn't been washed or worn as yet so I don't know if the cotton will feel softer or slightly thinner.

This was bought along with another shirt which I have just given a review on but I won't buy another one I think I bought the wrong colour it makes me look like a farmer but it could look good on someone else & the material is also a lot heavier.
