Seems to be good quality but have not yet had opportunity to try it in heavy rain. With regard to fit I put details into your site and got the answer that I should have a medium fit - as usual I went a size up and took large.Your size chart takes no notice of chest size and though I am 5'2'' and slim and weigh 10 st. I would have had trouble closing the jacket across me. However it definitely appears to be a good article.
