We accept all major credit and debit cards and can also accept payment by PayPal. Please note payment is taken at point of sale in Euros. Orders can only be placed via our website and any credit/debit cards used must be registered to the billing address. This is to protect you from the increased threat from Internet and Credit Card fraud.
Our aim is to deliver your order 3 working days from dispatch. This is subject to stock availability and excludes Sale periods. Delivery will be by Asendia - Monday to Friday, during local country business hours, with a signature service.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to our trackable delivery service.
Shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities, which may affect delivery times.
Cotton Traders charge €6.95 for a fully trackable delivery service.
These costs apply to single or multiple items.
If we send your order in separate parcels you will still only pay one delivery charge.
Free delivery offer is available on all orders over €75. Orders under the minimum order value will be charged delivery of €6.95 per order.
Customs Duties and Charges
All orders are exported from the UK and therefore you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
When you buy products online, you have cancellation rights detailed below. If you reside within the EU, you are entitled to these rights under the EU directive on Consumer Rights 83/2011. If you reside in a non EU country, we offer the same rights to you.
You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, providing that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that have been personalised / altered. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and e-mail address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return your order to us at your own cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction, postal orders will be refunded by cheque) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.
Only standard delivery charges for your order will be refunded (if applicable). If you choose a type of delivery other than our standard we will only refund you the cost of standard delivery (if any).
If you change your mind, your order will be reimbursed including any standard delivery charges providing the entire order is returned with tags and in the original packaging (where possible) including any promotional gifts that formed part of the original order.
This cancellation policy complies with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations due to currency fluctuations. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note.
Some free gifts and promotions have a minimum spend threshold to qualify. Where minimum spend applies, delivery charges are excluded and only full price items qualify. One promotion per order. Excludes all gift cards, multi-buy, discounted, sale and clearance items, Triumph, Sloggi, & Berlei branded items, the purchase of Unlimited Delivery and purchases in store. You can only use one promotional code per order. All gifts are chosen for specific promotions and cannot be exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute the gift featured for an alternative when demand is higher than expected. All promotions have an expiry date; please check this before placing your order. To qualify for the correct promotion please quote the 4 digit Promotional Code which can be found on all marketing material (email, letter mailing or catalogue) or order form. Code must be entered into promotional code box in Shopping Bag or at checkout on our website or for telephone orders please quote to advisor. Promotional discounts will be applied to full price items only; any items returned will be refunded minus discount.
All stock (including free gifts) is subject to availability. We will advise of current due in date at time of ordering. If this date changes & is estimated to be due 14 days or later, we will inform you in writing.
For the purpose of current EU consumer contract legislation all promotions associated with orders from Cotton Traders Ltd (including free gifts, prices, discounts, multi-buy savings and any other similar offers) will cease to be valid when stock is no longer available, unless otherwise stated.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications are correct. The limitations of colour reproduction may mean a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

Click here for details on how to return an item to us. Pierced products (such as earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders returned back to Cotton Traders are automatically refunded back to the original payment method account.
Exchanges - providing you wish to change for an alternative size or colour only and contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. Please return as above and call us on 00 44 161 3747220.
