Beautiful curtains (received after shaky start)
Well this is a bit of a strange one! I ordered 2 pairs of these for a large window. First delivery was one pair in Cotton Trader packaging and one pair in Laurence Llewellyn Bowen packaging. The Cotton Trader curtains had a defect so I called Customer Service to advise and ask if the LL Bowen were correct and matched anyway. I was advised by the representative that Cotton Traders do not stock LL Bowen curtains! The representative told me to keep them as they were of no use to them if returned. The representative then said to return the Cotton Trader pair and she would send replacements. Several days later I received the replacements and guess what? They were both LL Bowen curtains! They are beautiful though and are perfect, even better they are 66" width rather than 46".

The curtains are beautiful. They arrived in ready to hang condition. No creases or crumples which is rare. The fabric is high quality and looks luxurious. They are also an incredible price.
