Mixed feelings...
Searching for some bone china/china mugs for a friend's wedding anniversary and saw these. Looked good on the web and ordered. Bit disappointed when they arrived because #1/ they rattled (1 broken when unpacked) which was due to #2/ very poor packaging to ensure safe delivery and #3/ smaller than expected. On checking noticed the printed presentation box was also damaged BUT the outer brown box (put in a plastic bag for delivery) wasn't. Must conclude the item was damaged at the factory before being sent out!? Contacted CS (eventually via MESSENGER!) and a replacement set was sent out. THANKFULLY the replacement arrived safely BUT packed as the 1st order. I know we are attempting to cut back on plastics but...
