Way too small
I am normally a size 6, I picked a size 7 (Because CT don't consider selling a size 6 is a mans size!) They have been returned as the actual size is more like a very narrow 5...

Size 11 is too small.
Size 11 can sometimes be a European size 45 or sometimes a 46. These are definitely on the small size, but my guess is 12 would be too big. I will not buy slippers from you again.

Dreadful fit
They are quite easy fitting around the ankle but the instep is size 8 at best. No good if you ordered size 9. I could re-order in size 10, but would the ankle be too loose then ? No thanks, I'll be returning them for a refund.
