Why ask for a review before item delivered!
Cotton traders seem to be more interested in asking for a review instead of checking that the customer has actually received the item!
I am supposedly a gold member but the service is dreadful, and trying to contact them online via the app is impossible, but they expect me to phone them at 70 pence per minute! Who does that anymore? No doubt this comment will never receive any answer from the company. I am very disappointed with this service
