Really good quality
Top quality fabric, soft but substantial unlike some flimsy loungeware trousers. Great for the colder months. Will buy more in the autumn.

Fantastic result
A great and heartfelt thank you to staff at customer service and also to staff at the shop. I had bought this in a store on my way to Wales and needed a break. Saw what I thought would be a great addition to my friend's son who is down syndrome. The lady at the till was helpful. But......horror, I bought the wrong size!!! On my way back home I missed the turn to return so I called customer service - the lady that answered my call was friendly, helpful and reassuring that although I could not return an item purchased in the shop she sought a shop nearest to where I live, and assured me that I could return the item there. I made my way to the shop nearby and again I was served with politeness, friendliness and without any hassle she refunded me the amount I paid as they did not have the size I needed to replace. Staff again reassured me that I could now go online and purchase the correct size which I did, My friend and her son were delighted when it arrived - the following day!!!!!! Thank you so much - please keep your staff - obviously the training is fantastic as are all the staff.

Leg length
I bought me for my dad who is very particular about wearing quality clothing and buying trousers with a specific inside leg. Cotton Traders are the only company I could find which offered quality made bottoms with varying leg lengths. Very important for older dads who are living at home independently and you want them to avoid a fall and tripping over pyjama bottoms.

Material is very good.
