Exceptional tailored summer dress
I’m quite new to Cotton Traders (I initially purchased for my mother before trying out for myself). What a beautiful little summer dresses. The weight of the fabric is light and perfect for the warmer weather (not a heavy stiff broderie). The patterns on the broderie are well matched throughout. Best of all is the fit. I am a curvy size 10. This fitted perfectly on my shoulders, the waist, the hips, and hooray, enough room to button up across the bust. The length is a fraction long (I’m 5ft1) but that’s absolutely fine.
It washed lovely - pop it in laundry bag to protect the broderie stitching.
Whoever designed this dress, thank you so much. Please do this design with sleeves in the autumn in a decent weight jersey perhaps?

A great dress for a birthday gift
This lovely liner cotton dress was a wonderful surprise for Mum on her birthday - she keeps laundering it and putting it back on! It’s smart but casual and room so forgiving. Also lined. Spot on Cotton Traders thank you!

Third style of this dress bought
I bought my first broiderie anglais dress from cotton traders some years ago and love it. Last year bought two more...similar style ...and this year got this one. Slightly different style but still great value and I love it as much as the others.

Flattering, well-made cotton dress
This dress feels professionally made and of good quality. The sleeves are more flattering on me if turned over once, which is easy to do. I've put mine with a red leather belt for contrast. Lovely navy fabric and a classic design.

Lovely style
A lovely cotton dress, with a cotton lining too, so very comfortable to wear in hot weather. Looks very smart when worn with a leather belt and heels and casual with white trainers. Would love in other colours.

Fantastic dress
The dress is lovely. I went a size down. The length is good for me as I’m 5’ 5” - it’s not too short or too long. The material is nice. It’s a shame there aren’t more colours as the style is so nice. I wear with trainers for a casual look or with wedges.
