With Flyde’s sandy beaches, seaside charm, cosy pubs and rolling countryside, Debra (who usually thinks a weekend away requires glow sticks) finally saw sense after Ibiza. So much so, she made a surprise visit to some of Flyde’s favourite events. From the nostalgic swing of the 1940s Festival (where Debra discovered tea dances are just as fun as DJ sets) to the colourful spectacle of August’s famous Kite Festival (she couldn’t believe the skies outdid her disco lights), her visit was the perfect day out—full of charm, full of colour, and Full of surprises.
