Excellent Customer Service
A few days after ordering, I received an email from the courier saying that my order was damaged beyond repair and to contact Cotton Traders. My call was answered very quickly by Customer Services and they were very helpful sending a replacement out straightaway. was very pleased with the shoes which were comfortable and very good quality.
