Sturdy lightweight trainers,very comfitable. the design is up to date. Discreet style allows you to were them casually, they are not to garish that stand out like beacons on your feet. Good idea with the change of laces which give you an alternative to the look. The upper covering is of a tough nature which should keep your feet dry.
