Lovely slippers - but was sent odd sizes!
I tried on the right slipper which was my correct size and was delighted - perfect fit, cosy, nice-looking. Good thing I checked the left, which was a size bigger! I emailed customer services asking for a replacement. I received no reply so a week later returned them with another item from the same order, enclosing a hand written note explaining the issue and requesting a replacement pair of slippers. Today I received email confirming my refund for both items is on the way! So if I want these slippers I have to reorder, and pay postage again! Very disappointed.
